Turnkey construction


This 4-storey building of white marble in neoclassical style, reminiscent of the Greek temples of the Agora, was erected in 2003-2004.

The Senate building is one of the most beautiful buildings in Uzbekistan. The construction of the building was carried out jointly with the Yugoslav construction company ENERGOPROJEKT.

The facade is executed in the system "dry installation" from natural Greek white marble delivered by the company FHL KIRIAKIDIS. The basement of the facade is made of Ukrainian red granite. In the courtyard, erected aivan in which, carved columns, made by hand folk masters of Uzbekistan, were installed.

RoyalBLUE double-glazed windows have been ordered by FORD. Work on the ganch carving was carried out by the brigade of the Usto.

The main facade of the building is decorated with fountains with exotic palm trees.
